微软提议446亿美元收购雅虎Yahoo

微软2月1号正式提议以446亿美元收购雅虎(Yahoo)，合每股31美元，比1月31号雅虎收盘价高出62%。雅虎也很快发表声明，表示将仔细快速地研究。

消息一出，雅虎股价1号开盘大涨48%。Google继续大跌8%。微软也跌了5%。

昨天晚上看到这则消息，小激动了一把，互联网的江湖需要变化啊。
